WINNERS ANNOUNCED! - The Peaceful Housewife's Natural Household Cleaners e-book Review and Giveaway

I was selected to review this e-book from a Tomoson.com promotion.

The book The Peaceful Housewife's Natural Household Cleaners, was written by The Peaceful Housewife herself, Jenny Deramo. She runs The Peaceful Housewife blog “Your natural-parenting, money-saving, joyful-homemaking blog” which you can visit at this link: http://thepeacefulhousewife.com/.

The book includes recipes for a variety of items:
·         Many Different Laundry Products
·         Dishwasher Detergent
·         Wet Mop Refills
·         Diaper Pail Freshener
·         Furniture Polish
·         Pest Sprays
·         Oven Cleaner

The book has super easy instructions using simple ingredients, many of which you most likely already have in your home. They are an awesome alternative to store bought products that have tons of chemicals in them and smell horrible. I haven’t done a cost comparison, but just by reading the ingredients it seems that these recipes are much cheaper than the store bought products as well.

I can’t wait to use these recipes in my home. I really hate using products that contain chemicals. I am actually excited to clean now that I know the products I’m using won’t smell terrible and are environmentally friendly. I have been attempting to switch to more natural items throughout my home and this book will really help me achieve that goal.

Great news, I’m giving away 2 copies of the ebook!! When the winners are selected, I will e-mail them the PDF of the book.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. The only natural cleaner I use right now is Vinegar. I would love to learn more, and start using more natural cleaners.
