Smelly Towel Review

Hey everyone, I'm back with another "smelly" review. I talked about how well the Smelly Washer Cleaner worked last week in my new house. Now I'd like to talk about another product by the same company; this one is the Smelly Towel Cleaner.

In my last post I mentioned that I used to have to do all of my laundry at my parents for quite a while. Although it wasn't the ideal situation, it forced me to keep on top of my dirty laundry. Now that I can throw a load in whenever I have a few minutes at home, I tend to forget about it when I go to work and then my laundry sits there all wet and ends up stinking when I remember it.

Again, excellent timing for this review! I recently left all of my shower towels and rugs in the washer overnight  and for most of the next day, and they did not smell pleasant when I finally remembered them. Thankfully I had the Smelly Towel Cleaner ready to go and was able to use it right away. I just added 1 TBSP to the load of stinky laundry and ran it on a hot cycle again. It worked well and I'm very happy that I was able to use a natural solution to the problem!

Just like Smelly Washer Cleaner, Smelly Towel Cleaner is made right here in the USA! Big plus for me. :)

Smelly Washer Review

I just moved into a house for the first time, and finally have my own washer and dryer. Yay, I've finally made it! Just kidding, sort of.

I've spent the past few years carting my dirty laundry to the dorm laundry room while I was in college, and back to my parents house while I've been in various apartments after graduating. It's not fun!

I was so excited about being able to do my own laundry in my own house, I forgot about the fact that they were someone else's machines, and might not be the cleanest things in the world. Well that reality hit me in the nose when I opened the washing machine for the first time. It stunk! Goodness I was not happy, nor was I about to put my clothes in the smelly thing.

In an attempt to solve the issue, I took to searching the internet for homemade solutions to fix the stink. None of them sounded all that reliable and pretty much all had conflicting reviews. Then at the PERFECT time I got the chance to try Smelly Washer. The laundry gods were looking out for me, I swear.

It was really easy to use, I just added 1 TBSP of the product to the washing machine and ran it on a hot soak cycle for a few hours. Then I ran the rinse and drain cycles and I was done. And it worked! The machine lost the gross smell and I felt much better about putting my clothes in it. Now I am finally able to wash my clothes at home.

Guess what?! It's MADE IN THE USA! You all know how I feel about buying products that are made here in America. I was so happy to read that little bit of information on the bottle!
